Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Mauritius, MINDEX connects local issuers and investors to global liquidity on compliant, insured rails, across two regulated jurisdictions.
Four entities, five licences
MINDEX is a fully regulated financial-market infrastructure group built to bridge traditional and digital assets. From inception, every part of the business (issuance, trading, clearing and custody) has been built exclusively on licensed rails.
The holding comprises four licensed entities operating across Mauritius and Namibia, supervised by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius and the Bank of Namibia. Together they let issuers bring real-world and digital assets to market, and let investors trade them with segregated, insured custody on every holding.
